  Recommended.
  The woman who initially took my call, Megan(?) was polite, knowledgeable and informative.
  I was able to get an appointment for the following day to have my dryer looked at and was told that I would receive a call in the morning with an appointment window.
  I received a call in the time window that was given.
  The technician arrived within the time window that was given.
  Perfect start.
  Never got the technicians name or introduction but he went straight to work. I'm not a people person, so that was just fine with me.
  Within 20 minutes, he gave me a diagnosis and a cost estimate.
  The estimate was on par with the research I did prior.
  Excellent.
  I had asked him if (knowing the quality of my dryer) it would be better to replace the burnt out component or just replace the whole unit.
  He was very straight forward and told me there was nothing special about the dryer and that I'd be better off just getting a new dryer with less bells and whistles.
  I thanked him for his honesty, paid the showup/diagnosis fee and that was that.
  Quick and easy and at least I know I'm not throwing out a perfectly good dryer.
