  Bay Area pools built our pool about 5 years ago. Lee, Martha and their whole installation crew were top notch. Decided recently I wanted to start having my pool serviced. What a disaster! General customer service in the office is in total disarray. I got assigned to their one and only pool cleaner. He was difficult to work with, undependable, and just generally someone you don't want to interact with. He is the ultimate know it all. When he was asked to address a certain concern he took it as an insult. He rarely showed up on the day agreed to and then decided to stop coming all together without a word. The management seems to condone that behavior and says he is VALUABLE!!!! Well, when rude and undependable employees become more important than customers....business will suffer. Too bad he represents Bay Area Pools so poorly we deserve better!!!!!!!
